Rutherford County Track Club competes in Greensboro, NC and Des Moines, Iowa for the 2018 USATF and AAU Jr Olympic games. 24 athletes and 2 relay teams qualified for USATF and 33 athletes and 5 relays teams qualified for AAU

RCTC competes in 2017 AAU Jr Olympic games in Detroit, MI

Rutherford County Track Club took 30 athletes competing in 58 individual events and 2 relays to compete in the AAU Jr Olympic games. The team earned five national medals. Roland McGhee was the National Champion in the 13yr long jump and also placed 7th in the 100m hurdles, Tanalya Gordon 2nd in long jump, Aaron Green 6th in long jump, and Sania McGhee 7th in Shot Put, all earned ALL-AMERICAN status

Rutherford County Track Club took 31 athletes competing in 54 individual events and 4 relays to compete in the AAU Jr Olympic games. The team earned four national medals. Steven Sherman (long jump), Vaughn Marion (mini- javelin), Roland McGhee (long jump) and Kalea Barnett (shot put) all earned ALL-AMERICAN status

RCTC competes in 2015 AAU Jr Olympic games in Norfolk,VA
Rutherford County Track Club took 39 athletes competing in 58 individual events and 5 relays to compete in the AAU Jr Olympic Games in Norfolk, VA. The team earned six national medals. Jorden Barnes (400), Michael Bailey (800,1500), Javarian Otey (100), and Roland McGhee (80H, LJ) all earned ALL-AMERICAN status

RCTC competes in 2014 AAU Jr Olympic in Des Moines,IA
Rutherford County Track Club took over 20 athletes to compete in the AAU Jr Olympic Games in Des Moines, IA. The team earned three national medals. Jorden Barnes was the National Champion for the 10-year old boys in the 400m with a time of 59.62 and also finished in 6th place in the boys 200m with a time of 27.61.
Vaughn Marion placed 5th in the 8-under boys Turbo Javelin with a throw of 70 feet and 1 inch.
